
Galle is situated in southern Sri Lanka, and holds its geographical coordinates at 6° 3' 13" North, 80° 12' 42" East. Galle is situated about 120km south of Colombo, and can be reached in about four hours time from the Bandaranaike International Airport if travelled by a private vehicle.
